The staff is great and helpful explaining things and also getting you in. Price went up 40 bucks for oil change think price of oil went up seem to be a bit much but I do understand things go up overtime

Will never use Hagen's again and will not recommend anyone else to use this business.
They added additional work that was not quoted to be completed, more than tripling the cost.

Had routine service done in the car oil change, cabin filter, etc.
Also had a problem with the axle boot and I was not sure if it would be covered under my extended warranty from the dealer they went out of their way and checked on it and it will be covered and they will complete the warranty work.
I definitely would recommend Hagen for all your automotive service.

The mechanic supposedly replaced my alternator along with the tensioner and belt pulley. He was supposed to also replace a wire harness that has been deemed corroded by the dealership. I came in with the invoice and schematic from the dealership in additional to the GM parts that I purchased for him to perform the work. My vehicle now stands inoperable subsequent to his repair! HELP!!!!!!!!

I've been a loyal client. Mark Hagen would have NEVER blind sided his clients, but this time I was not made aware of the cost. It certainly wasn't what I was first quoted. Lack of communication for sure.
At that they kept my vehicle a couple of days. Since I got it back, I have to put air in my rt rear tire every other day. I hear a strange noise coming from the front left side now. Not sure if I want to take it back there now. I was so disappointed.
Would not recommend at this time!!
