The service on my car was completed in a timely matter. But I didn't like the time it took to detail my car. Due to me checking to make sure my engine was cleaned, I did not thoroughly check the interior. The backseat was not cleaned well. I still had stains on the back seat, especially on the driver's side.

When I went to pick up my car they told me it had been picked up by someone else. My paperwork was signed by someone else. They don't check identification when releasing a car. I located my car on my Kia app and luckily it was still at the car lot. They eventually found my car but could not find my keys. My husband had to bring me my other set because they were closing. They eventually found my keys.

Was there extra early little after 7 when doors unlocked. Person was directed to was very cordial, timely check in, job ready a little early and on my way. Only negative is cost , thought high considering oil change and tires.

Overfilled my car with engine oil and charged me for more oil than the engine holds. Employees were perturbed when I brought it to their attention. Had to call for a manager to rectify the discrepancy. To which the manager never showed up. They try to rip people off who do not know what is going on.
