They were over $4k in dealer fees. I asked for the bottom line price but they give it to me until they asked for personal information. This was unethical and deceptive pricing. I have negotiated and talked to many other dealers. HGreg is the worst to deal with. I do not recommend them.

I was trying to export a car to the Caribbean that I was interested in, and they refused to drop their filing fees and protection plan fees. They're telling people that it is required which was upsetting after finally picking a vehicle.

They were actually about the poor quality of this particular car. I appreciated that before we drove 2 hours to see it. Car looked good on the add but they told me it was far from perfect and had been repainted. Very nice of them to be so honest with us.

Terrible. 1 initial phone call, 5 emails and 3 messages left with sales team and a week go by and no one calls back or engages on my purchase and virtual walk around request. On the 7th day I am informed the car sold that day after sending another email asking for a sales engagement.

The vehicle was sold without prior inspection. The vehicle had a burnt out brake light and the air conditioning compressor was also damaged. It was a process of time and effort to repair the damage. I do not recommend buying cars at HGREG, Mechanics tools are useless to repair cars. I was sent too far to repair the damage to the air conditioning compressor

Was at hgreg in Doral for at least 4 hours. They offered little to nothing for my trade in. Went to nissan the next and got top pay for my trade in and a better vehicle. The salesperson along with everybody else in Doral was the worst. Never will I recommend anyone to go there.

I was over 175 miles from this dealership. I contacted a local mechanic in their area to check out the truck. They wouldn't let the mechanic come take the truck to his shop and would not take it themselves to his shop to be checked out. Makes you wonder what they were trying to hide, of course they'll tell you it due to liability as to why they can't let someone else check out the vehicle.

Through calls and emails it's one of the worst experiences ever. And when you leave a review everyone gets the same message that tells you to contact the same person who will never respond back. Don't waste your time here unless you're just a walk in.

As soon as I asked a legitimate question about pricing I was met with the typical used car salesman bs. That he was giving me the deal of a lifetime and I didnt need to talk pricing because they had already done the negotiations for me. I didnt even go look at the car since they couldnt even give me a straight answer, being so overpriced and telling me thats the deal of a lifetime I dont need to waste my time.

The advertised prices for cars are not their real prices. Beware of all extra fees and add on to the price. On car we looked at it was almost extra 20%. We opted not to buy car true them but rather look at more honest, all fees included and disclosed company

The whole process seemed inefficient and very impersonal through on-line text. I still am unsure if I was ever talking to a real person or the filter before you make contact with an actual sales associate. Although there was an attempt to set up an appointment, the car was apparently brought in for service on the day I was going to drive an hour to go see it. I didn't hear back from anyone by text on the car's status for 2 days and that was only when I asked for an update. We decided it was best to look elsewhere.
