It was hard to find somebody so I could pay when I got the text message that the service was complete.
Also, I was looking at vehicles while my truck was getting serviced. No salesman wanted to come talk to me. I even sat inside the vehicle. I was interested in for about 15 minutes.

I had a scheduled visit for an airbag recall. It was a waste of time as they didn't have the part in stock. While it was nice to receive a complimentary car wash, I would much rather have had the work completed.
It's been two weeks and I haven't heard back from the Dealership.

I'll definitely ask for him in the future. I had my oil changed and was in and out in about an hour. They even offered to wash my car but I declined due to the pending weather.

This dealership has been extremely enjoyable to deal with. Terrance Moon was the service representative that I spoke with during the last visit. Mr. Moon was quick to understand the different issues that I was dealing with. Communication was quick and easily understandable. I definitely recommend these guys, well in the service department anyway. I haven't dealt with sales here, but I'm sure they are as professional as well!

I made an appointment to get my transmission fluid exchanged and upon inspection they found the brake fluid needed to be replaced. My Service Advisor, Syquoia, quoted me a price and I had the services done. Was told everything else looked good. They even cleaned my car up before I drove it off the lot. My car drives better. I can tell the difference. I recommend Sterling McCall and ask for Syquoia.

They delivered me a car that the electrical system was supposedly checked. It had 1 daytime running light, 1 turn signal, 1 LED tailight and 2 side markers not working. Either they lied or they are they don't know what the he'll they are doing. Stay far away from this dealership and service.

Not much to like. They took longer than expected to diagnose my vehicle because the counter person I dealt with to off work and then the technician took off work and when I did get my vehicle back it wasn't fixed and I had to leave it there. Horrible customer service. The customer service guy lied like he was a used car salesman. Horrible experience.

Excellent customer service. They even gave all the mothers flowers for mother's days. They were offering biscuits from Chick-fil-A. Everyone was very friendly and the service was quick.
