Their customer service to actually help the customer doesnt exist. Their choice not to help me with a minor service issue was very disappointing not replacing my battery when I only bought the truck six months ago and the last service said the battery was in great shape. They have lost my current & future business, I will never recommend anyone to buy from them again.

The service was scheduled and Greg Hubler got me right in. These actions (oil, filter change and tire rotation) were completed quickly and properly. Their service techs always set the tire pressures to the door sticker values, but I set mine a bit higher for fuel economy and request the techs not to adjust. They honored my request and that was much appreciated.

Took my Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation was met promptly by Ashley who got me checked in and gave me an estimated wait time. After about 45 minutes Justin came out to tell me the service was completed. Fast and friendly staff even got a coupon for a free car wash.
