Sales staff was not knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in whatever. Every question I had was met with, "I'm not sure, we don't have anyone knowledgeable about diesel or this vehicle in particular". Unless you're buying a new vehicle or something more common, stay away.

I liked I was able to get in without appointment for an unexpected engine light alert. I don't like that with less than 70,000 miles on my F-150, more things appear to be going bad with the vehicle. Yes, it's 11 years old but always up to date with regular maintenance and service by ONLY the Greenway Ford technicians.

3 trips to dealership yet repair and estimate never completed. Made several calls to understand why. Was told "service rep who worked on your car will call you back". Never returned calls. Each time I called in I had to explain why I am calling again. Didn't feel like they even wanted my business which is OK. I am now using Peacock ford for all future service and repairs.

I'm very happy with the results and the service at Greenway Ford! Finally the recall was fixed and the back up camera is working properly again. Christian was very friendly and very helpful, He even put me on a rental car while my truck was in the shop. Worst car buying experience in my lifetime. Car was dirty. Had to spend $1,100 on tires within a week of purchasing 3 year old car. Did not provide any warranty information for extra service plan. They take your money and completely ignore the customer after. Never coming to Greenway again. Shame on you people.

The first date of service 3/1 was excellent, Archie was professional and prompt and informative. The second date of service 3/3, not so much, arriving 10 minutes early it was evident that the service representative was not interested in customer service. I would not want the individual again.

Shady tactics, lots of promises and barely any solutions when things don't go right. We were ready to spend $47k for a car, and the service we got from sales department was worse than DMV. After 3 weeks of back and forth, we took our deposit and gave our money to someone else. It's really a shame with such a big dealership and so many resources- they all commissions hungry and customer service is very poor here.

Everyone I dealt with - salesman Stefan (I hope I spelled his name correctly!) and Jack in finance were great. They kept me informed all along the way and I never felt pressured to add any extended warranties, etc. I do not have any experience with their service shop yet, so I will not rate it.

Terrible. No communication about status of my truck and they didn't even fix the problem! You can not ever get to speak to a person much less a manager. Rude, uncaring people through out the building. Seevice manager stood there and would not even engage me in a conversation.

I was pleased to be able to get my oil changed during the afternoon special hours (happy hour). I resolved to come into the dealership, but I was pleased that I was offered the free pickup and drop off service to come get my SUV and then return it when the work was done.

I contacted the dealer about a specific used vehicle. When they found out I was interested in the vehicle but for more less than they were asking, they lowered the price. I live 1200 miles away. I was told several times the vehicle was available. After I had looked into a flight to Orlando and was ready to make an offer, I was told the vehicle was not available since it went to auction.

I hate to leave a bad review because they had the vehicle I purchase at the right price online. However I have to say it unfortunately too 5 hours of fighting through negotiations to get my suv for the price I wanted it for. I was unhappy when I left the dealership. My suggestion if you see the car you wan this location it's worth getting it shipped to another dealer for a less stressful experience

Broken passenger side heated seats button, way over-filled motor oil, multiple leaks in washer lines, bad detailing job. If a regular every day driver purchased this vehicle, the motor would have failed due to the engine oil overfill. Serious lack of care for the vehicle.

It took a little longer than I expected but with convenient vehicle pickup and drop-off, it was beyond convenient. The staff were great and communicated well, keeping me updated. They also went above and beyond, staying late to complete my repairs on the same day. A great experience!

I liked the automated response and follow up for the car I was interested. However, the car was sold before I could see it, which is okay. What I did not like was their failure to inform me of such which would have resulted in me wasting several hours of time and fuel. The experience was not a positive one.

I bought my 2007 Mustang at Greenway Ford brand new and I have always had the works oil changes and multipoint free inspections done there as recommended since I have owned the car. I find them to be honest and very reliable on getting done what needs to be taking care of by maintaining my vehicle and keep it running properly since I been a loyal customer always taking it there for the service needed.
