1st of all I was truly amazed that they took a video of their inspection whether good or bad. They sent it to me. Which my air and the cabin filter needed changing.
From start to finish I'd say everything was as 5 star excellent! Nobody has ever sent a video of everything. Impressive!!

I have owned my car for a little over 2 years and this was the first time I had a problem with the car. I went to two other service stations be fore I was smart enough to come to Grappone. I had no appointment and they knew it was very important to check it out right away. It was a Friday they gave me a ride home. and the car was ready on Monday. If I have any other problems this is the one and only place I will go.

I have owned Toyotas since 1998 and always had my service done at Grappones. They have consistently handled service appointments with expertise and theyre really focused on handling their clients in a friendly, courteous manner. The facility is exceptional, and with indoor check-in winter weather is no factor!
