Service Rep was very nice. Only complaint is the length of time to check in and we made an appointment but it still took an hour and a half. Maybe add on your website estimated time for types of service (oil change).

Lee was nice and direct with communication - unfortunately, I've been in twice for my AC issue and paid a fair bit with the issue only being sort of solved.
I don't have faith they will get it right in the third try.

Constructive Criticism would simply be when I have an appointment at 7:20a, I don't believe I should be there until 10:10a. Almost 3 hours for an oil change seems a bit long.
