Service took way too many days long...service should happen same day scheduled. Service tech very reluctant to contact Portfolio(dealer's warranty) to verify which services may be covered by warranty. They did find additional issues that needed repair soon. Price was about $100 less then other provider estimates. Thanks.

The service department was very professional and helpful. Chris in service called when noticed my vehicle needed an oil change. After Chris gave me a quote, I decided to have Granite service do my oil change. It is good to have a top of the line oil change done by a dealership. The service writer was very nice and I loved being able to drop my vehicle off with the key box. I would highly recommend Granite GMC Service department.

The mechanic did a good job of replacing #7 fuel injector and my diesel pickup now runs as quiet as it did when in had only 10k mile on it. However, it took 7 days for them to get the pickup fixed.
