They were nice during my oil change and systems check but days later I had to get my battery replaced because it was completely drained, so I feel they didn't check it. And I also don't think they rotated my tires. I have one that goes low they didn't notify me of that or move that tire to a different position.

Car stereo is fixed. They did okay in timing, except they forgot to take a pic of the old one, so they had to put the old one back in, take insurance photos and then put the new one back in. I'm sure it was frustrating for them, I was able to get a free rental for that day and the next. Everything was taken care of. I love my Nissan dealership.

The service itself was fine, what really upset me is that your dealership has serviced my X Terra for seven yearsI always brought my own oil and filter and was always charged around $17-$18 to drain, refill the oil and install the filter, again which I supplied. This time I was charged around $48 for the exact same service. THIS IS A TOTAL RIPPOFF!!! You will lose my business unless you change your price!!

Although I showed up early for appt., the service dept. took the vehicle in right away. All service was completed in less time than I expected. Dealership has really good t.v. in clean, customer waiting area. Its coffee is good, but they have powdered cream for the coffee instead of little Coffee Mate type creamers, and the powder is dispensed in portion that is too large.

Oil change and tire rotation services were ok. Disappointed that they could not address the other lights on my dashboard until later in the month. Went to Shelton Auto and got the brakes replaced, shocks replaced, and new muffler the following Monday with just an overnight stay for my vehicle. Timely service that addresses my needs is always a plus.

It took a very long time to order, deliver and schedule this recall part fix as well as have it completed. In addition, I asked for an oil change and tire rotation at the same time the service was performed. I have a long drive to get to the Nissan dealer. The oil change and tire rotation were never completed after them having my car for 24 hours. I think I will take my business elsewhere.

I do remember speaking with you about the oil change and tire rotation that you requested that was not done, I did offer to have a technician stay over to complete it when you picked up your car.
