There was a recall for the software update. My car was dropped off at 7:30 am. I went to pick up my car at 4:00 pm and it still wasn't ready. The update was not working. Finally I left at 5:30. My navigation system said updating. The next day, my system still says updating. I had to go out of town so I didn't have time to take it back for another day

Got about 20 miles away when started hearing a strange noise. I slowed down and drove the rest of the way with my hazards on. When I got home the lug nuts on 1 of my tires my husband could turn with his hand. I could have died. Been going here since I bought my car brand new in 2016 and trusted them. Huge mistake by someone there!!!

I took my car in for a recall, before they started I asked if the parts were available to complete the recall. They assured all the parts were in stock. An hour later they came to me and said they would need to special order the check valve that was part of the recall and that I would need to come back another day to finish the recall.

Took about 3 hrs so was a very long wait, however the lounge waiting area is comfortable and they have great snacks along with coffee and bottled water. I also knew it would be a long wait so brought a book along as well. Was kept up to date on status of repairs

What was not to like? Work was done well, car was delivered before the promised time; waiting room was clean and pleasant, they didn't feel a need to rip me off for a dollar for a bag of chips or bottle of water, all of the staff acted professionally.
