Everyone was nice and very efficient. The waiting room was clean and convenient to the restrooms. Coffee and snacks were available. My service was supposed to be 2.5 hours and since a couple techs were available they used their staff wisely and got my job done in one hour. I was very thankful!

I would have rated higher but the communications about my vehicle were not the best. In fairness, it was peak flu season but still not getting calls back and no answer on the service line for a full day was frustrating. Staff was very polite and professional when reached.

The service department was GREAT. Very friendly & I didn't feel like they were trying to get me to do things unneeded. Although the woman that checked me out, not so much. She barely made eye contact with me. The only words she spoke to me was to ask my name FOUR times. I ask her a question about the total & she just said Uhh huh. Knowing she didn't hear a thing I asked.

When I talked with the representative upon my arrival he not only helped explain how to use some features on my vehicle, he also helped me clear a recall issue from the manufacturer. Easy to schedule via email. Walk in and you are greeted at the desk. Give them your key and have about a 45 minute wait in a comfortable waiting area. They offer several different kinds of coffee and snacks. Later you will receive an email with a walk through inspection of your car. You know what your getting and what needs to be done at a later time. What could be easier and quicker in this day an age.

They diagnosed my problem, and fixed it by changing the starter motor, only a couple hours. Car has worked perfectly since then. Nice, clean place, snacks and coffee to help with the wait. It was easy to schedule the appointment at a time convenient to me.

Since I really didn't have the chance to watch the person who was doing the service, it is difficult for me to really tell how well it was done. But based on the report that was presented to me I was happy with the condition of the car and the number of areas that were examined. It is difficult for me to imagine why it cost so much to change the oil.
