My experience with this shop was great as far as the communication I had with them & once the parts were in & the job was completed.They kept in contact with me & gave me updates on the situtation, but we had to wait a couple months for parts to come in & that was a bit frustrating. Thank goodness nothing was wrong that we couldn't get by without.

Came in for complimentary oil change and was charged $155. Their website even told me it was complimentary when I booked. Otherwise I would have taken it somewhere else for a reasonably priced oil change.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding the details of the complimentary, I have double checked the details, and it states the following when scheduling service: 3 Years or 36,000 Miles, includes a complimentary three-year subscription to Service Valet.
