Great customer service . I had to purchase two tires. It didn't take long at all.. They had me up and running in no time. The only problem I had was they didn't have the right amount of air pressure in the tires. I had to turn around to go back but they took care of the problem no questions asked.

This was the best service I have ever had on any of my vehicles. They were very efficient and very reasonably priced. I will never go to the dealer, Meineke or Walmart to have tires put on my vehicle. As the ad says Gateway will go the distance for you and I will go the distance to take my car to them.

Employees (especially Kim) were very helpful. He found me tires similar to what I already had (because the ones I wanted were out of stock) with the same 60,000 mile warranty. When more issues were discovered, he was honest that they weren't a "right now" repair that would impact the safety of driving the vehicle. He made sure I was okay with the cost before giving the go-ahead on any additional work and kept me informed every step of the way.
I found the labor cost to be a bit high, but that's my one complaint and definitely not the fault of the employees.
