Very professional! I loved that they showed me the price breakdown of everything in detail, and showed me pictures of the issues I had going on, instead of just describing it to me verbally. Only went for an oil change so far, but will be going back. Amazing experience!

Been coming to Franklynn for a couple years now. Wife goes now too. Compared to other shops we've been too we feel very lucky to have found a place we get great, honest, and timely work. Like most places now, you get pictures when they recommend something showing you what's wrong. Communicating with them is always easy and they answer all our questions. Our cars run better than ever!

This kind service adviser put a new part in my car for my temperature gauge that shows the temperature inside the car. He was very nice and efficient. He told me if I had any problems to come back in and he would take care of it. I was very impressed with Franklynn Automotive. People were nice and caring of your time. Call them if you have questions. Don't hesitate to take your car there. You won't regret it.

Frankkynn Auto is a great repair place. I am relatively new here with my cars but they great service, solid communication, observation of problem and best ways to fix problems. Explain things and a good cost. Seem really good.

Franklynn fixed a transmission issue for us. Ford dealer wanted to charge us for a full transmission replacement. Franklynn did their own diagnostics and realized it just needed a transmission computer part.

Frank was so helpful when we brought our Jeep in for a maintenance inspection. He went into great detail about everything he noticed and suggested having done.
