I spent 5hrs there for a electrical problem and they spent more time looking for other issues with my car in order to submit a claim to endurance then what it was brought in for. I also asked them to check out my problem with the rear liftgate which wasn't even done. Taking my MDX there was a waste of time.

The customer service is always a great experience and Kevin is very thorough. I love the communication i receive about my vehicle keeping me updated and letting me know what extra needs to be done and giving me an option to choose what I want to add via the email.

There is evidence to support the damage to the wiring harness was caused by the dealership. They will deny it but it is a fact. They have retaliated against me for filing complaints with the HONDA/ACURA corporate office. They will chime in to deny it but I have documentation in writing and audio recordings to substantiate this review.

The tech was great. The tech who brought my car to me was polite. The kid who gave me the courtesy car could have been more helpful. He just handed the key fob to me and said "it's the blue car". I would have preferred he walked me to the car but hey, that's just me.

Service was good, communication could have been a little better. I played phone tag with the service advisor for more than 1 hr, but was not told my vehicle was ready to go until I actually spoke with the advisor. Things would have been simpler if the initial voice mail I received indicated my vehicle was ready to go.

Appt. time ia with advisor, NOT being worked on. This was not explained. Marc will argue that point. Had to return the next day for same problem, low tire pressure. This time it was spare tire. Would have saved me 2 hours and you $$$ if it was checked.

I had several services performed that day and he went through the list and pricing with me and secured a loaner car for me as the service was going to take several hours. Everyone was wonderful to work with in the service department. I really appreciate the car wash as well.

Service agent was rude did not have the parti to fix my brakes after telling me they did when I scheduled my appointment. Did not explain what the diagnosis of future repairs. Did not vacuum vehicle and I feel they triggered my service light to come on to get future repairs

Once I FINALLY got the appointment the actual service experience was good. You need so e work on getting back to customers in a timely manner. It took 4 phone calls form me to set up the promised service appointment8 weeks after purchasing the car. It took 9 weeks to get our title.
