Noah was great he made everything simple and straight forward. My only complaint was that the car got scratched during detailing and they tried to cover it up with touch up paint ( did not work) I was told to bring it back and they would fix it. It did look a lot better after, but you can still see the dent and scratch even through the paint. I wish they would have actually fixed it. That was disappointing

They did a good job. They need to pay attention when a particular service is really needed. They recommended Spark plug replacement sooner than needed. Car was purchased about 4 years and 3 months. That is 9 months earlier than recommended 5 years. This service is very expensive

They misdiagnosed my car issue. They told me my wheel bearing needed replacing in order to stop a high pitched squeezing noise. They quoted me over 600 dollars for the part and labor. I went for a second opinion and it turns out both the break pads in the rear were the actual issue and I had them fixed at another shop. Your repair shop almost convinced me to do an irrelevant useless "fix". So glad I went somewhere else

The service was performed but the next time I drove the car I got a warning light that the TPMG needed service. It appears that my tires were overinflated during the required tire rotation. I called several times to the service department and no one returned my call. On my next day off from work, I drove to the service department to report the problem and it was corrected.

The people were nice, they saw me even when I didn't have an appointment, I paid almost $300 for my service and there were things that weren't done which should've been. I'm at another dealership having them look at the same issue I brought to their attention. I feel like I paid too much for just an oil change and an inspection. I was recommended by my original service center due to distance. When I made the appointment it was for the "express" oil service. All I was getting was an oil change and tire rotation. The word "express" usually has the timeframe of a quick turnaround. This was not the case. My "express" oil change ended up taking 4 hours. I would say don't advertise "express" if "express" is 4 hours.

I took my car back to where I bought the tires and they fixed the tire for free and properly rotated the tires because they were not put on in the proper order! I did not need new tires and the rotation was not done properly.

I appreciate the ride home on the shuttle while my car was being serviced, However, I had to wait several hours at home before being picked up. The service was completed and I received a call but there must have been some miscommunication because I had to call an hour later and not until after this phone call, I finally received a call telling me my car was ready and the shuttle was on its way.
