They performed a $200 inspection I never approved. While they took the charge off, I'm left wondering how many times they pull that trick and people pay for something they didn't know about. Also, emails to management went unanswered. Disappointing no one could take the time to respond to my questions and concerns.

Seemed like they wanted to follow up on deal but was disappointed that my vehicle was low balled beyond dealing.As soon as I got off of phone I received an offer of 6000.00 more,giving me the decision to hold on to vehicle for now,With the Eruption Green Metalic it turns alot of heads and is paid for so will keep for now. The service was fine. Got my car right in and I didn't have to wait for long. There was a computer glitch. When I made my appointment they could only find my husband's Chevy truck. They check my VIN and found the car. Then the service record they gave me when finished had my brothers name on it. Odd but at least it was all in the family

I like that they know what they r doing and how they r respectful towards the consumers. The waiting area is very nice however the soft chairs look nice but are not nice for older customers. We have to sit way back then our kegs are dangling. Or we slide downwards. Something firm and straight up. Thank you
