Just frustrated that in my original contact, I noted a recall needed to be done. Then I followed up to confirm they were going to do the recall. When I was told the car was ready, I asked about the recall and the service advisor said that the part hadn't even been ordered. Im getting ready to go on a cross country road trip and if my airbag deploys, I could be seriously injured or even killed.
