Great service as always. The service team is always willing to help with recommendations on services needed and the service technician sends a video of the car once it's lifted on how it's doing. Faulkner provides a loaner if needed and also has a nice waiting room with some snacks and refreshments.

The service was great, however, going through all the tech stuff just to get an appointment was a real pain. Other dealerships I have used , you just call, they pull up your account , car and car history with your phone #. With all the high tech stuff you have, this shouldn't be a Problem.

Service was fine but I didn't receive a call or text to tell me my car was ready to pick up before the service center closed Friday. On Saturday morning, I wasn't able to reach someone in the service center to find out if my car was ready. I ended up getting a ride and hoping my car would be ready and it was but caused unnecessary stress not having my car back Friday evening.

No communication from service advisor while my vehicle was there. All communication with them was initiated by me. My vehicle took a lesser priority because I had a loaner. Dropped off on Friday evening and not looked at until Tuesday. Neither of my issues were resolved. They claim they couldn't replicate the noise or hear it even though I had a video of it. Other issue not resolved either.

Technician stated that I needed my spark plugs replaced. When I asked to see one of the plugs, he stated that they don't physically check, just replace at 65k miles. The cost for the service was $300. My vehicle wasn't experiencing any side affects of a faulty plug. I do 90% of my driving on the highway.
I don't mind paying for service, if it's needed.

This dealer responded maybe twice in communication about interested vehicle and never again! Lost a sale because of it! Can't say good things about it because clearly they care less to communicate all together. I found a better car, better mileage elsewhere!

I hit a curb and damaged my tire. I took the car over to Faulkner and without a previous appointment, they were able to fit my car in first thing next morning (I dropped it off after 5). They replaced the tire, checked the undercarriage and noted that my front brakes and rotors needed replacing. As I was going on a car trip the following week, this was a blessing. Best service ever.

Pleasant staff and clean waiting area but not precise when asked to only change oil and not drip any on engine cover. They did a routine check which wasted time and was specifically asked not to be performed and dripped oil on engine cover, which I cleaned myself in parking lot. Otherwise simple and not too long of a wait.

Service Advisor Ashley worked closely with me to claim the repair through my insurance company's mechanical breakdown policy. She proactively reached out to the insurance company, provided the diagnostic and estimate, and arranged for payment. She went above and beyond to make this work!

I enjoy the service and people at Faulkner Mazda. The waiting area is comfortable with complimentary snacks, tea/coffee and water. The wifi is good and I did not have any issues working on my laptop as I waited for my car. No need to really speak on the mechanics as they are top notch and know their craft and what to do!
