My first time with Family Auto. Dropped my Audi A-4 on a Sunday evening for its 95K checkup. I was expecting to pick it up the next day. As it happened that was a snow day and nothing was open. Car was finished the following day. Dwayne kept me informed throughout the process.

I am always impressed with the high level of personal service I receive at every single visit with my Mercedes. Family auto never disappoints. I am happy to recommend Dwayne and his friendly auto repair family to all my Maryland friends near me and far away. I got my oil changed and new tires and the car came back to me so clean too, you can just tell they really care.

I just needed a quick oil change service on my Mercedes Benz this visit. I love that they always let me borrow a courtesy car to go to work while they do their thing. They also found and replaced a bad valve on my spare tire (who and replaced a burned out reverse light bulb for free. Thanks for the great customer service Family Auto!

Always a pleasure dealing with everyone at Family Auto Care! I am always informed ahead of time as to any needed or just recommended repairs. Easy drop off and pick up of vehicle. I drive 45 minutes one way to have my car serviced as I feel they are always very fair and honest
