I went there thinking that I needed a battery. Service checked the battery out and discovered that I had not been driving the car enough which allowed the battery to lose its charge. There was no charge for the work and I will drive the car more often to maintain a good charge.

Everett Buick is always clean, calm and pleasant. I get the service that my car needs. They communicate well. Even though there are others waiting for service, I don't feel like part of a "cattle call". The snacks are a nice touch. The restrooms are always clean (girls like that).

Courtesy was great. Even got a loaner vehicle since I bought my vehicle there. After a couple of days I realized the door unloock button still doesn't work. And transmission still has a hard clank when it shifts from 1st to second and 2nd to third. They said it's normal but did replace a part in tbe transmission that changed nothing.

No one could or would tell me what repair was made to my vehicle or how to prevent reoccurrence. Bradley needs to work on his people skills, professionalism and not state the mechanic is too busy to speak to me. I spent $357.10 and have only a staffed wire was discovered. I want answers! Service at Everitt Buick is usually great and this time it definitely was. There have only been a couple of times I was not satisfied. They always check with me before going an additional service and this time it was the cabin filters. I truly appreciate that.

I liked the fact that they got our vehicle in and serviced in a timely manner. I didn't like the fact that they have gone up $20 on the oil and filter change since our last visit, and also charged us for a tire rotation when we had purchased the tires there and also left one tire valve cover off. They did remove the charge for tire rotation when I brought it to their attention.

Everett does an excellent job of keeping clients informed about their vehicle. My vehicle had a problem which was diagnosed. The service department called me, explained the issue and quoted me a price to repair my vehicle. They also told me an estimated time to complete the work! Keeping the customer informed is very important to me!
