In and out in ONE hour for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, lubrication of my truck's running boards, general safety inspection, and replacement of one of my tire valves, due to a slow leak. I got lucky, as far as the amount of time. Normally, 1.5 to 2 hours, which still is not bad for a "no appointment necessary" maintenance procedure. The entire staff is cordial, and knowledgeable. I came in to get "The Works" oil change. I had some concerns about some sounds coming from my muffler. Not only did the mechanics alleviate my concerns about sounds, but they completed my oil change in record time. Everything on the checklist was in the green, which made me feel better about my upcoming road trip.
