I was told that the problem was fixed, but when I got home a short distance from the dealership I found that is was not only not fixed, it was possibly worse. The Service Manager did kindly return my call and suggested I reschedule another service to look at the problem once again.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and made it there on time but still had to wait over four hours to pick up my car. Also coupons with special offers are never honored. They claim that the coupons does not apply to synthetic oil change. My car is a 2015 honda model and I would think that at this time, all Honda's engines use synthetic oil. Then, why the coupons if they don't apply?

Staff always prompt and helpful. one thing rthat really stuck out was that my appoinyment was for7:30am. When the doors opened at 7:30 they took my car in immediatley. Other times I'vehad my car serviced I've had to wait 5-10 minutes before getting my car in. The agent I had this visit was particularly helpful in answering my questions and making sure I did'nt get any unecessary work done.

Serviceman did not return my auto seat covers securely after entering the trunk to install a new trunk lock. My car had clips to secure the seat covers which were not replaced. My rear armrest is also unzipped after service. These omissions make my car untidy and unsafe. This is not the quality of installation and repair that I expected from this dealership.

In an out service. Originally was told that it would possibly be 2-3 hrs since my appointment was on a Saturday morning and there was a line of cars when I arrived. Totally understandable taking into account the service that I was there for. I was called about 45 mins to an hour later. Great service by the mechanic and service tech.

I was able to get my car issue handles quickly. The person who gave me my car pulled up to a very crowded parking lot. I had to back out about 60 yards, going past new cars and possibly cars in the process of being serviced. Their should be a better way to get me my car when the parking lot is full.

I asked them ti check my tires bc the low tire pressure was on, he said nothing was wrong and it was due to weather. The light lit up again couple times until I decided to check the tires. Sure enough. Nails, 2 nails on the tire. But the service guy said it was nothing. Thanks for really checking my tires!

My experience with Napelton Honda was as smooth as usual, no complaints there. However, Honda Corporate seems to not be on top of the safty recall for the fuel pump issue. A two or three month wait for parts I can understand, but this is dragging on way too long.

Never going back. Went in for a weird noise and I said maybe it's the breaks. Spend thousands of dollars. Went back because issue was still happening they quoted another $4,000! I took it to a friend mechanic and he said the problem would cost just under $400 to fix and by the way they put your brake pads on upside down! Complete rip off and I'm sure it's not true of all the mechanics but whoever worked on my car did a terrible job.
