Absolutely awesome customer service. I was able to drive the vehicle and really decide if i wanted it. They brought it to me and took my car to be appraised. There were some things that need fixed and they are fixing them and giving me a loaner while its being fixed.

Everyone was friendly . And got a chance to talk to Aaron who has been doing the service on my cars , well my first new car was in 97 and he has been there for 28 years. Good guy. The waiting room was full and we had good conversations and a pleasant time.

It took them an additional 10 days to finally figure out they has crossed some wires when installing the door. Cost me an additional 10 days of car rental. No apology even offered.

The morning after our service we woke up to having 21 psi tire pressure in our rear passenger tire. We took the car to another garage to be fixed and they could not find anything wrong with the tire. The day after that, my wife took the car on a 225-mile trip and the tire maintained its air pressure entirely. What would you think happened?
