My Service Advisor, Ron Calbrera was great. He took care of me and all my needs were met. My last visit they had ordered a taillight that had developed a water leak. There had to order the part - when it came in I made an appointment according to my schedule, took the vehicle in and I was out of there quickly!! I always go to Ed Morse Cadillac!

I like that I was offered a loaner while my vehicle was being serviced I do like my service advisor recommendations. I don't like how the Complementary car washes always comes back half washed tire is not clean and they do not vacuum inside at all. They cover the mats with all the dirt underneath them.

Everything was great even Michelle she was Awesome! Except that no one washed my Truck. It was aready clean on the inside. I went straight to Bubble Down car was on 54 and cleaned my truck.
