This was the 4th time we had our vehicle into have a evap code addressed. The initial visit was a $1200 repair. The check engine light kept coming back. Each time the dealership was accommodating and wanted to help. It was a bit frustrating, but this is an older car with high mileage, so we are trying to get it figured out. The dealership has always treated us pretty good. I'm hoping this fix was just an anomaly.

I had a much better experience than at my AndyMohr Honda dealership in Bloomington, IN. The service manager, the mechanic, the lounge, the staff, and everything were great, and the services offered were excellent. There were a few recurring issues that no one could diagnose or fix that were addressed appropriately here. This will definitely be my first choice for continued service and care for my vehicle going forward.

Insurance wanted to total my car out over an axle that could've been replaced. The employees at the dealership took it upon themselves to release my vehicle to the insurance company without any permission and now I am without a car. The insurance company would not return any calls or emails.
