Multiple trips back for same issues.
Heated seats are only working sporadically - they thought it was fixed after first trip but not the case. New parts have been ordered.
Radio not working properly - ordered new one & got it installed. Now new antenna has been ordered.
They will contact us when parts are in.

Asked for oil change and tire rotation because I received notice that this needed to be done. They would only do oil change; they would not remove covers on lug nuts to rotate tires said that they couldn't remove them without destroying them; this is where I always brought my vehicle to have this done. So, it would be my cost if they messed them up.

Prompt and no wasted time. Didn't like the short smug, unsupportive, attitudes of the service writers. Being a retired dealer department manager, some training on empathy, and aligning with the customer in sensitive situations is badly needed. Keeping derogatory comments, within earshot of customers spouse, behind closed doors should be first and foremost. Being complient but supportive and empathetic is a learned skill. TRAIN!

I scheduled an appointment only to arrive and be told that my appointment didn't exist. Dodge service counter was rude. Did not service my vehicle, had to go wait in line at Kia despite scheduling an appointment at Dodge the day before. And according to Carfax, my tires weren't rotated like I requested.

It was awful they said they rotated my tires which that was a lie I wanted them to fix my tire. It had a very small nail in it. They said they couldn't and then I needed to buy a new tire so I'm done how many other people did they tell that they done this and done that and didn't have it done.

The service was excellent, however the new lounge area is terrible, the chairs are very uncomfortable and bunched up along one wall. I told the associate at the desk when I was leaving, he looked at me with so what look and shrugged his shoulders. Will have to take this into consideration when we next purchase a car.

Service are friendly and knowledgeable.
There was an issue in communicating with the Dodge warranty company to get pre approval for the repair, which was eventually done. It took four weeks due to the warranty company not receiving the pre-authorization request from the dealer for three weeks.

They had the vehicle from 10am the FIRST DAY due to an engine code, ordered a part, went back 3 days later at 8am and again not until 4pm are we told that "it's the wrong part AND it's $100 more". Very frustrating!! Still not fixed!
