She gave me different options for payment and was VERY detail breakdown what the Honda service was going be and how long it's going to get it fix. The service that Laura provided was TOP NOTCH. When came in to pick up Shane G was very friendly to help me to get my car and gave some information for my battery.

Then I called to make a appointment to see the car they say they didn't have a approved loan I told the sales person I have a email with the approval he run my credit again with higher rate and monthly payment talk about it switch and bait .

This is the worst dealership. Do not buy a car here. When I complained about issues with the car I just bought, they told me it wasn't their problem and I need to talk to another person. Then I was told it's not possible, really not possible that you didn't check it, when you forgot to smog it before you sold it to me???

They checked everything for my first maintenance check and fixed the two (2) recalls. The only thing I didn't like was when I asked for a service to pick me up, nobody came so before it will be too late for me to get to their shop at 5:30, I just hired Uber but they did not offer to pay for it.

I think it took too long for just oil changed and tire rotation. Normally should be hour and a half, but this time it took 3 hours. When I came to the office tried to get my car back and there's no one in the office and I have to wait for 10 minutes before someone shows up.

Wasn't able to go through the express lane where Nick Gutierrez usually takes care of my car and does an exceptional job. They sent me to the main shop misdiagnosed issues and didn't tighten my battery after forcing me to stop and asked strangers for a jump after having my car in the shop for 6 hours. I will only be bringing my car back to Nick.

Took forever to do a simple service. Ended up being late to an important meeting because they gave me back the car two hours after the time they quoted. No communication about it either. At least until the end where they gave me a 25 dollar discount (that they normally give on Wednesdays and Thursdays) to pacify me and expected me to forgive them essentially.
