Usually have no issues but this service took a very long time. Car was dropped off at 945am and wasn't done until after 4pm for front and rear brakes, oil change, and tire rotation. When I arrived at 220 pm the car was still on the inspection step and service had not appeared to have started.

I'm in the process of looking for an attorney Don Jacob's charged me for back brakes and did not fix them I know for a fact they broke my over drive shaft and broke my rear axle. The dealership over charged me prior and no tried to over charged me again knowing that I brought my vehicle back mutiple times about the noise that was never there they need to be held accountable

Harmon and David in Body Shop, as well as the the young lady in the office were so nice to me. They really looked out for me and and did such a nice job on the body work on my 2011 Lexus ES 350. I went to Don Jacobs Toyota for an oil change. The service was excellent. Maxwell, my technician made sure I received a thorough inspection. This is a family owned business that cares about the customer, and doesn't try to pressure you into services and repairs before they are needed. In the past, AJ White has also provided me with this type of service. I am very glad that I bought my 2003 Highlander from Steve Jacobs.

Sales was more interested in my money then giving me professional service. No mats were included, lisc plates were not put on right, and the sales guy kept telling me how difficult of a customer I was left and right. I'm very shocked at this style of service and lack of professionalism. I wouldn't go back to Don Jacob's and find a different dealership

I was charged $93.29 for an oil and filter change and that was after the service writer said he was taking off $15.00. This is highway robbery, especially in these hard economic times. On my previous visit, I was charged $63.19 for an oil and filter change, plus tire rotation. Go figure. I guess I'll be doing my own oil changes again from now on and I certainly won't be recommending Don Jacobs to anyone for their vehicle services.

The service itself was fine. The fact that I received a late phone call adding $440 because they just found out that the work that they had to do was much worse than first thought. I felt a little hand tide by then. What do I say at that point- no, put it back the way it was, I will wait two days for my family mechanic to do it?

Took awhile to get car back due to waiting for part but car is running well now. Even though we were told the car was ready, we had to waita long time once we were there for representative to complete the paperwork. When we went to pay cashier we were told an inaccurate amount . When told the correct amount she said "oh, that's right. He did tell me that". Some staff appered very busy, friendly.
