I bought a used Chevey HHR from Don Hattan in 2008. I had good experience with the purchase and was very happy with the car. I'm still driving it. I took the car back to the dealership for regular oil changes and service for about the first 1 1/2 years. Then at one service appointment I had a very bad experience and when I reported it to the service manager the response was very unsatisfactory. I could never bring myself to trust them again and have never returned to that dealership.
