Did not diagnosis my wife's van properly. Told them a/c runs ALL the time. They told me it was working properly. I got the van home a/c was still running ALL the time. Does not matter if a/c switch is off, defrost off, heat is on. A/c compressor is always activated.

Worst service I ever received at Dewey Dodge. The service advisor Sarah was clueless and slow at processing approval through the warranty company or at contacting me when vehicle was ready. The actual services was not good either. I had to take it back for an additional repair that was missed. Never again.

I enjoyed the flexibility when needing to change appointment. I did not enjoy the non-communication by the service provider. He was personable and friendly when I was with him in person, but did not respond to when I replied to his texts with questions about the progress of repair, nor the follow up on the repair.

Grant my service manager was outstanding. He kept me up to date on how my Jeep was doing and was honest on the repairs that needed to be done. He did not try on getting me to get unneeded repairs like some dealerships I have delt with. The service was excellent and done in a reasonable time frame. I will go back to this dealership and Grant.

Pretty good service! I have a maintenance package that includes oil change, tire rotate and a car wash but the car wash is usually broken. It took a little over an hour for everything which is pretty good!

Terrible experience. The people were mean and yelled at you when you were trying to figure out why your car wasn't done. It should have only took 30mins to get the recalls done and it took them over 6 hours to get my car back to me. They also scrateched the paint on my car.

I had an emergency tow, the Jeep would not start. The dealership seemed overwhelmed with service requests, and their phone service outage complicated communications. To their credit the Jeep needed a new battery. Somewhat surprising given the mileage.

I have been using this shop for a few years now and this was the last time. The last service the tech must have cross threaded one of the skid plate bolts and now the shop wants to charge me for fixing it. They are the only shop that works on the Jeep. Also they did a recall update to the computer, now we are having trouble with it starting.

I wish they would of called me when the parts came in, I sted of me having to drive to the dealership to find out because no one would answer the phones.
After I got there and found out my parts were on hand they did a fantastic job of getting it right in and doing the repairs while I waited.

rec'd a recall letter. I called got appointment. I asked how long it would take and was told 2 days ! I then asked for a loaner as i can't drive. Was told you did not have any !So we had to borrow a vehicle so we could get back home. On the day of appointment I asked how long lt will be was 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Told tech about and got a chuckle back. was not happy !

We talk to the sale three times on the van so We took day off work drove six hours only to find out that the van on Carfax a light blue nice looking van in the picture was just a mockup picture to show the buyer what a town county looked like it ended up dark gray black wheels black inside very miss leading sorry car fax .

Quoted me lowest value for my trade in and top value of car I was interested in. They are only interested in profit on both ends. I understand they are in business to make money, but the sharp contrast of giving me low while they wouldnt budge on their high made me walk. I would avoid them.

I called ahead to dealership to check status of 2 cars in which i was interested before I drove 1/2 hour across town during snowstorm to look at the cars. I was assured the cars were there and left them my name and phone number. Upon arrival, the cars had already been sold. It would have taken them 30 seconds to call and alert me to this fact but instead I wasted a great deal of time going there for nothing

Trent was a jerk towards my wife. We had our car looked at by another tech at Dewey and he said our problem was common and covered by warranty he said there is normal wear on the van, she goes to a different area of Dewey to Trent and he said it's all her fault and she hit something. I had to go up there and have a talk with him and it's all covered no problem. The body shop guys were very nice and easy to work with.
