Desert Toy Shop has always been timely, do excellent work, and they tell me when something isnt needing repair. I have taken my car in twice now. First to replace brakes and then to do maintenance on sundry items. My car is 10 years old. They were recommended from a friend who has been going there for years and they are now my car shop too. I think they only work on Toyota/Lexus products.

As usual the mechanic at this shop does a very good job at investigating the problem and figuring out the correct repair, rather than just throw parts at it at my expense. Couldnt be happier. Their work is very good and the pricing is fair.

It's very easy to leave a positive review for a shop when things go well without a hitch. It really says something about a place, when you can leave a positive review after something doesn't go exactly as expected after a repair. I recently had to bring my beloved old 4Runner back after some repairs, not because of faulty workmanship, but because some materials used didn't perform as expected and because some part not really related to the repair showed its age and failed. In both cases Justin and Mike went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle, make sure everything was done right and were more than fair with regard to pricing. Clearly this is a shop where professionals take pride in their work and it shows!
