Every time I go to this Service Department, they find things that are wrong with my car which results in me spending more than I thought when I went in for an oil change/tire rotation. If it will extend the life of my car, I guess it is good, but it is difficult for an older person on a fixed income.

To their credit they were upfront with me about their backlog, and seemed to be at a loss how I was given a service appointment with the issues they are facing. Ended up taking my truck back to get serviced at another dealer.

Easy in and out for an oil change. It took about 2 hours, which is a bit long, but they were busy so I understood. Really like that they brought back the video review of your vehicle, showing the tech walking around and checking your vehicle for conditions of various components.
