Tech verified that alternator was bad. Turns out they had one in stock. We were back on the road in about 1 1/2 hrs. Can't say how much we appreciated them taking care of us!

Even offered to deliver my vehicle back to my home after repairs were finished. as an appreciation I topped off the gas and brought the loner vehicle back to the dealership. No problems with the work. But most garages will provide a quick vacuum of upholstery and carpet and put those paper mats on the floor. And they wash the vehicle, or provide a coupon for a wash. My last 3 vehicles, 3 different dealers, provided this. Not syversons though.
