TERRIBLE. The salesman circus was ridiculous. It took these men 5.5hrs to sell a vehicle to customers who had excellent credit. We had 4+ salesman sit down with us and then handed it off to the next "manager". Waited an hour for our "turn" for the underwriter. Unbeknownst to us, he was actually the man we visually saw walking back and forth his office, without a customer presence, chatted at "The Tower". The orientation to our new car was inept. Had to google how to navigate it.

Terrible. Will not ever be back there again. They do not communicate with each other to get a job accomplished. You can drop off your vehicle the night before service, and the next evening you get a notice that you missed your appointment. You can aske to speak to an individual. They say they will call you back . Well come to find out, they may or may not. You have to physically show up there. Wait for 3 hours, talk to 4 individuals, and still not receive a direct answer
