I was met within 5 minutes of arrival and was given a Lyft to and from work. That was very convenient. When my car was returned, the panel under the center console was off and I had to go in and ask them to fix it. They took care of that immediately. I am overall pleased with the service.

Service was ok. It took some time to figure out what the jingling metal noise was but we got there on a test drive- turned out to be after market brakes from carmax service. My rim did get scratched through the process and the service department was very good at taking responsibility. They repaired my rim and my brakes were re-done with oem parts to perfection.

In the very beginning when I got this car from them there were very disrespectful, rude, and tried to screw you. Also there is no knowledgeable person working in the service department too, beginning from front desk to supervisor. I would highly recommend to change all of this stuff.
