While they didn't charge me but $25 to check out heating system. They also didn't check to see that I was very low on antifreeze and that is why I didn't have any heat. they told me they thought it was the water pump system related to the hybrid system. Then I had to go to a dealership to find out antifreeze was low and got charge a very large fee to find this out.
