Had the have my truck towed in to Courtesy Dodge, because alternator wasn't working properly and couldn't drive it. I had called the service advisor before having it towed to let him know the problems. Truck was evaluated, part was ordered and replaced. Good job, only problem was waiting for part to arrive. I haven't had any problems with this Company since purchasing the truck in 2005. Thank you!

While many things were completed, the "check engine" light came on the very next time I drove the car and I had to return the car for more service. This is unacceptable. The service workers were very kind and tried to be very helpful. (They even did a quick wash of my vehicle) My car has been with the service people more than it has been with me this November.

My experience was ok. They tried I believe to the best of their ability. I came for a battery change and wanted a diagnosis for the vehicle. The battery was changed out but was told I had to bring the car back for a diagnosis for why the engine light was on.

This dealership was the worst. Didn't seem to care about my past situation at all. Management team is terrible. Had a past situation with my vehicle when the vehicle was under warranty. Situation came up again and now no one knows NOTHING about the issue. With paper work and all. I would NEVER purchase from a Jeep, Dodge dealer ever.

I like the personality, performance and communication skills of service advisor Aliana Fernandez very professional and Knowledgeable. What I didn't appreciate was the payment plan, I been coming to this dealership for a long time and always paid with a check, now I'm forced to pay with a credit with an additional surcharge with I consider total inconsiderate conjunction with amount of money spent.
