While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I received a "coin/token" to be redeemed for a sandwich/burger. Yummy! I also received a text message with the findings of my vehicle's multi-point inspection with a link to my recommended services and option to approve or decline them. So I had a few more things done on my car and it only took like 45 minutes longer than I was told initially :)

Everything went fine with the service. They performed some warranty work and my EV system needed to be reset following replacement of my 12V battery (done through AAA). The charge for the reset was $200, which I feel is excessive. And I was not well communicated with.

Items that were supposed to be fixed during Nissan Certification weren't . When I took vehicle for these items to be fixed under extended warranty I purchased, dealer said item wasn't covered and I had to pay $1,200.00 for all repairs done in a vehicle purchased in April. Plus mechanics didn't clean after job was completed and vehicle wasn't washed.

I liked the way the staff treated me upon arrival, etc. However, I can hardly pay the $713 for the service. I will have to save up and return once again. Your place is nice and clean and all the staff try their best to accommodate the customers' visitation.

When I came in, Edward and Santiago helped and took care of of my son while I was moving my things in the car. Edward and Santiago were so helpful and I appreciated the customer service they provided. Edward helped me install my car seat from the loaner to my vehicle. Class A service.

Although the cvt fluid was replaced last visit, they asked do it again. Seems that they didn't check their records properly. They recommend alignment, but after the visit, the car is pulling to the right (before was perfect) I know that they will redo the alignment at no charge but is a waste of time go there and wait for it.

The service department was very honest and professional. I brought my vehicle in due to my airbag warning light being on. At 1st the diagnosis was that my sensors on both seats needed to be replaced. After agreement to do the job they found out it was only disconnected. Saved me a ton of cash.

My service advisor Edward is in a word BEST period. Always attentive and communicates the status. Really goes above and beyond to make customers comfortable. Only issue is the fact the engine light is on and diagnostic cost is so high. Car was purchased from this location and I've always gotten it serviced there so certain things should be a courtesy extended for those types of customers.

my appointment was at 7:00 AM, I was told breakfast and coffee were complimentary but breakfast doesn't start until 8:30 am when the lady showed up and coffee machine was out of order because the maintenance guy chose the morning time to come and pull it apart to do the maintenance. Just when you need coffee the most! great timing! Other than that everything was ok.

After 1 hour, told have to make another appointment to get new part installed. Also, performed a multi vehicle inspection. Did not want and crossed off the work order. Didn't give me the results uncial a week later. List totals over $8500.

It felt very "sales pitchy". Went in for an oil change and got a text about random things that needed to be done. One form we signed asked about our gas if a car and if we wanted to get contacted by the sales team. We chose decline and signed off on it. Then got two phone calls from two different people after we dropped the car off trying to push buying a new car.
