My experience was amazing. I was immediately entertained. My car was set for service check on time. My only concern is am not sure whether my tire rotation was done as my 3 front.tires are new with Mavis brand while Goodyear at the rear tire. It was same position.

My battery had died twice in one week and I had to call Nissan services to get my car serviced rather have them send someone out to jump my car so that I could get to the dealership. And because the car was charged after the guy jumped it for me. The guy at Nissan said that everything was fine. The battery is good. The next time I will tow it in and that will solve the problem.

I took my car in for a couple of recalls, and from the time I walked in the door and spoke with the service desk, I was kept in the loop of everything that was going on. As it was going to take a while for this to get fixed, I was able to take the shuttle home and when my car was done the shuttle picked me up again. Nissan at the avenues has always provided everything I've needed.

This is a tough review as while my warranty issue was eventually addressed, the cause was never shared with me. Was it a bad part or bad labor? I appreciated the loaner and warranty repair but the communication was poor. I will return to this dealer but hoping for better and faster communication.

Marvin was great and really helped me out a lot. It took a while to get the inspection done and the app didn't update according to what was actually happening with my vehicle so I was under the impression that it was in inspection for a very long time when in fact, the next text I got was that it was done and ready. That's the only thing I would like to see better is the app.

Scheduled an appointment, 3 hours later they didnt even start on it and told me it would be ready in a few more hours. Poor customer communication. They blamed lack of available ev certified mechanics. Why schedule an appointment if it means nothing. They dont value my time. Ended up picking up the car without servicing it.

They checked my battery that I had a issue with. And even checked it a few more times after I asked.They also agreed to pay for a tow if I had a issue with the battery within seven days after the service. So far no issues with the battery since then.
