The service agents are very experienced and professional. They keep customers well informed.. Repairs are done correclty. They are often very costly as well. They keep a pretty good supply of parts and that is good since VW,s have been around for a long time. Getting parts for older models sometimes tka es quite awhile but at least they eventually come in.

Service was not that great. I got there before 8 and two other cars crafter me and they went before me because they went through the employees entrance instead of going through the gate and then to top it off the gate was not opened until after 8. I was not updated on the progress of my car and I had to wait 30 minutes more after my car was done

I went in for a free recall repair and came out 1300.00 dollars poorer. Now mind you it was all maintenance items I needed in the long run. The labor prices are out of control. Not to single out these people. It's probably the same everywhere. They did a great job and in a very timely manner.

Very poor service. Scheduled an appointment for a recalled part three times, the staff failed to order the parts needed for my appointment even though I made them a month in advance each. Additionally, the service department didn't bother to let me know they did not have the parts before I arrived for my appointment. Very poorly managed location.

I was there for a scheduled recall service and the Service Manager, Greg Grove, went out of his way to resolve some other pending issues that were left over from the transition from VW of Palm Springs to Coachella Valley VW. This was a messy situation from VW of PS and he handled it very fairly.

The mechanics need to be more efficient when they do their jobs, I needed my 10,000 oil changed and they didn't set my speedometer back so I had to go back. Also when there was a recall on my 2024 Atlas regarding the backup camera it still isn't working properly. So I have to take it in again. The Service Department staff are always accommodating. This is my 5th car with Volkswagen and I really love their cars!!

This dealership recently changed ownership / management. I made an appointment and returned 3 hours later and nobody realized it was still sitting in the appointment bay. Then they rushed to do an oil change and fuel filter change .......... Didn't receive an inspection and later on, realized that my tires were overinflated !!! This is definitely not good service and I hope they will improve !!!

My service advisor was very understanding when my car couldn't be looked at or repaired on the day of the appointment. I was given a loaner in order to get to the work appointments that I have. My car was serviced and repaired the following morning.
