I have been using this service center for the past year for my Rogue's maintenance, but I've noticed a decline in their car wash standards. Yesterday, I picked up my car after service and found that it hadn't been vacuumed, and even the top wash was unsatisfactory. Due to this continued decline in quality, I've decided to switch to a different service center for future maintenance.

Very polite but I didn't like the idea I was charge for work that was not necessary when getting my oil change. My husband call and spoke to them and they said it was not necessary but it's what they do at that Location. So, that made me feel they took advantage of me because I was a little woman and new to the area. I think I will find another location next time.

The vehicle was brought back to Dealer for A/C repairs. Advisor (Clay), was aware of return. He informed the owner of what was involved and he spoke with the Vehicle insurance provider on repairs and cost. The advisor passes this information on to the owner. he also informed the Dealership advisor to his absence.

I was charged for a diagnostic check when I told the check in person what the issue was. Then they sent me videos of other "issues" that they tried to upsell me on. $360 just to replace a damaged spark plug. I should have went to the Lewisville location like I've done since I purchased my vehicle.

The auto was brought in for service. The advisor was happy to see the automobile get its regular oil changes and inspections. The advisor stated that the oil change was not due at this time. The auto will be out of town when coming due, The customer is pleased with the service and advice from the advisor.

They changed my car setting before service all doors used to unlock after stopping the vehicle but now after service it unlocks after pressing parking button. If it is intended behavior they should have communicated after service . Also it was promised for discount but during final invoice discount was not included and different t guy at the final billing wasn't aware of any discount.

Vincent Nguyen did a fantastic job communicating with me during the service and my need to leave town that day. After I left and had additional problems when my vehicle acted up; David DeLeon did a great job getting my battery issue resolved and replaced. Fortunately I have been able to use Clay Cooley in Irving for twenty years on three vehicles and will continue using them for all my Nissan vehicle maintenance.

Poor quality work with regard to price. I had my vehicle detailed and it wasn't any better than the car wash at the gas station. The inside was wiped down but was not cleaned and this service was far from a detail.

I told them I wanted to think about it over 10 times and they would not respect that. Eventually I had to pretend to be on a call and walk outside and then I just got in my car and left. Will never go here again.
