New Lincoln Navigator was at this dealer/service center one full week without even having a technician look at it for two minor issues. No one updated me on status of the service until six days after I dropped it off. (I was told.it would be 3 or 4 days) Location is more than an hour from my home and I picked it up without any service. I recommend you go elsewhere.

Truck is 24 years old.Bought truck there when it was new and have been getting oil change there since.They have been putting 5 quarts of oil every time until now.Was told it needed 6 this time.Asked why but no answer.Also had grease on driver door,right fender,and driver floor.Very unsatisfactory job.
