I liked that I could make an appoint online. Service rep was courteous. What I disliked was the service I requested was not completed because of mechanic not showing up because the dealership failed to plan this would likely happen due to holiday party night before. The vehicle was actually serviced on Dec 7 and the only reason they gave me carfax is because I complained about the poor service.

I talked to Maintenance Manager about the last two times experienced, lug nuts loose (hand tight) and I had to adjusted them with my torque wrench 165 ft-lb and this time I asked the assistant when check the pressure of the tires please Do NOT exceed 60 psi and when I started driving I noticed on my dash board they filled up to 75 psi I don't know what's going on.

I brought it back to get cleaned spent 2 days of my vacation sitting there waiting for them to clean it and check the window is rolling slowly they cleaned only 2 stains in 2 days didn't clean console dash or fix the window on brand new truck.
