When I first arrived, it was at least 20-25 minutes before anyone acknowledged me while I sat in my vehicle. Once someone did acknowledge me, I was advised of the procedures for service. I was advised where the waiting area was, and within two hours was told by the service manager that my vehicle was ready. Pressure tested the AC unit and filled coolant and dye. will return at the end of the month for dye test...

Service for oil change didn't take to long. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only concern is that I booked the service online but it didn't show up on the dealership's records and it didn't update my information for the car.

Communication is terrible. I made an appointment and it took two days for my car to go in the bay to be worked on. Once it was done i got a phone call telling me i could pick up my vehicle and pay the bill but the repair was a warranty repair that failed 3 times already. The tech confirmed it was done incorrectly previously because all the parts weren't changed for it to work correctly. Very frustrating.

brake maintenance light keeps coming on, I knew all was replaced, but sensor or something is off since 3 days after buying auto. Humoured, then blown off after warranty from them over. Never handled. Not impressed. one of repair guys told me his mom simply disconnected the car notification system.
