Glad I'm done with them Nothing but problems . Lies not doing the proper job then passing it on to someone else . Then you give specific instructions not to wash your vehicle along with a tag in 2 languages not to wash then you wash it anyways . I can see why leader is being sued by the feds for price gouging and other issues.

Was quoted 1300 for flex pipe and 02 sensor. When I called other Chevy dealerships I was told that I was over quoted by almost double the price. They said It was a 4 1/2 hour job, when in reality it was 1 1/2 at most. I was lied to and taken for a fool, I will not be back to this location, and the mechanics should be ashamed of themselves. I got it don't in libertyville for 650. I wish I could get my 190 diagnostic fee returned

Check engine light is on and they did a diagnostic and could not determine the cause and still charged us without giving us a solution, very disappointing. Told us that GM is aware of their trucks are having the same issues but do not offer to repair will have to wait for recall. Disappointed in the manager for not offering assistance.

I went to the dealership because I had a $55 reward to use from my last maintenance trip. It is part of their "no hassle reward program" but no one knew what it was or how to look it up. The details of the reward program are on the service number placards they put in your car and on your keyring. I ended up spending more money on the oil change, with more stress, and missed lunch with my family that flew in for Christmas break.

Advertised at one price. Then tried to add $5500 of junk to the truck. Would not remove all of it. Ended up agreeing to an extra $1500. Then they would not agree to cash offer. So set up payments then they tried to sneak in a 3000 warranty for 24 m on a one year old truck. They cancelled that when I complained. Nice truck though.

I was quoted 8.8 hours to replace a blend door actuator, and was told it required much of the dash to be removed. This was about an hour and 15 minutes after I had dropped off the car to repair that oil change and cabin filter. To my surprise 3 hours later I got to call the car was done. They still charged 9.8 hours of Labor. I don't trust the this dealer anymore to give me correct estimates.
