My vehicle was returned to me with a small dent for the 2nd time. The 1st time the shop payed a Paintless dent removal service to fix, the 2nd time I still haven't heard back.. The shop is small and parking is tight in the service area and their roof parking and parking behind the dealer is tight - this combined with Technicians who don't care for customers vehicles like they would their own, equals door dings

I always bring my car to Culver City Chevrolet. Jordan Rathman is my service adviser and she is literally the best at what she does. She always professional and honest with me and exceptional in keeping me informed about my car while she has it. I always call her when I need to bring my car in for service. I've never left the dealership feeling like I was taken advantage of. Jordan is the best!!!

They told me to go there TWICE to look at a car I wanted. I drove over an hour and when I got there the sales person I was dealing with was not there and then they said they will not sell me the car as it's going for auction. They send me away. Wasted two hours of my time for something they could have told me over the phone. Seems like they wanted to bait and switch me, will not come back to this dealership.

The service was faster than if you have an appointment but still about 2 hours. The next day my car told me my windshield washer fluid is low, so they didnt top off fluids. Maybe this isn't a thing but it usually happens. It makes you feel like what else did they not do.

Terrible customer service. They refused to stand behind anything they said and didn't want to work with me since I lived an hour away. They wanted to play games and treat me like I was shopping at Walmart. They lost my business and I do t think anyone should go there.

I would not recommend this dealership. I contacted them through Carfax and through their website requesting more information about a vehicle they advertised. Although they responded, they did not provide any meaningful details about the car. In addition, the listing included unclear photos, making it difficult to properly evaluate the vehicle. Overall, the communication lacked transparency and was not helpful.

Oil changed is fine. But inspection was terrible. Not one of the issues I asked to be reviewed are still an issue and we're not repaired. Still missing bolts/nuts on tires break still making noise when pressed sensor seatbelt light still unserviced. And still lit on dash board radio still cutting off while driving. Shift button still clicking sound on dash board.

They haggle on the services that are on the "Allstar Vip package," that is included with the purchase of the vehicle at their store. They also took over 4 hours to take care of an oil change, change air filter and tire rotaion. I had a scheduled appointment got there at 9:20 am and didn't leave until 1:20 pm.

The service team was very helpful. I was given a loaner vehicle while my vehicle underwent servicing. Also, I was given updates on the status of my vehicle progression and an accurate estimated date of when the work would be complete for me to pick up. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Didn't mount license plate because they didn't have the mount. Were supposed to do a tire rotation and never did that. Didnt have oil filter and had to get it... It was a hassle and have to bring it back. Also a hassle getting information and my second appointment.

They were horrible! I will never take my car to this palce again. They had my car for 3 weeks+ and I finally got my car and took it someplace else. I had a hard time getting ahold of anyone who could give me answers and they were going to overcharge me for a service that anothr place did for almost 2K less. I've had great experiences with other Chevrolet service departments, but not this one

I brought my car in for them to fix the sprayer for my windshield wiper. They said that it was fixed and charged me $165. By the next day it wasn't working again and I had to bring it in again. They put in a new pump which was under warranty. I told them that I want to be reimbursed for the first 'repair' since it did not fix the problem and they refused.

This dealership took an unreasonable amount of time to provide service. There were no updates with out me reaching out and fighting my way through multiple people to get any information. I would not recommend for service or sales. Both processes were painful with no updates and confusingly long.

They had my car for two days and returned it to me in worse condition than I gave it to them. I could use Bluetooth previously, but now I can't They are supposedly ordering a part but have not reached out to me in 2+ weeks about the status of the part. Meanwhile my infotainment system is useless.

Didn't get answers at all. We emailed each other back and forward . But my questions wasn't answered . I simply asked them cash out the door price . I live 400 miles away . I wanted to know what they add before I get there. Online price is different than what they offer. I have been in sales for a long time but this is not the way to do business. Good luck!

Did not appreciate the run around I received when making an appointment for a front end alignment. Made repeated calls to the same number, was hung up on and told on another call that I was bothering the person and that it was his private cell number, not funny. My call was finally answered by a decent person who made a confirmed appointment for me; the first appointment I made the week before was never confirmed.

Provided miss information about vehicle status. I waited for a call or message back. Provided 2 email contacts. By the time that someone got back to me it was to inform that the vehicle was already sold from before I contacted them. Even tho the vehicle was put on and off on Carfax and dealer website more than once.
