They were fantastic. We were on a cross country trip needed an oil change. We only called them that morning as we were 2 hours away. We got there, got checked in, we asked them about some food they told us about great Mexican right across the street and said they would be done in an hour. We go eat and when we came out, the bronco was ready to go. Great experience.

The staff was great. We were 1500 miles from home. They helped us find motel rooms. Took us to and from the motel stopping to buy groceries along the way. It was like they assigned us our own personal assistant to take care of our every needs

I got an oil change and also a battery replacement on 9/30/2023...3 hours later, almost an hour away is home. Getting 20 miles from home the car jerked and started smoking and had hardly any power. I blame the service department. There was NO OIL.

Received a battery during repairs done in March which begin leaking battery acid. When battery was taken back in they merely attempted to recharge the battery. An exchange was not done for a battery placed last a year.
