Made an appointment prior for oil change and alignment. Dropped off at 8:45 for 9am appointment. They asked if I needed it done by a certain time. I said 4 would be great. Followed up at 3:30 if we were still on track for 4 and was told yes. Showed up at 4:10 and it was finishing up an alignment. "Shouldn't be more than 15-20 more minutes". Truck was finally done at 5:15. Should not take 8 hours for an oil change and alignment.
